Hi folks,
Well, if you don't already know what this is all about, allow me to quickly explain.....
Hi, My name is Laura and I'm a 25 year old Bint from Manchester. 
Basically, I need a new 'life'.
I'm at a crossroads and have been for a few years, and after what I can only describe as an unbelievably surreal, difficult and strange year; I feel that now is the time for me to take some time-out in order to get a grip on my life and regain the control I once took for granted (I'll explain further later!).
At present, I'm surrounding by things I can't ignore in order to move on. Everyday is a reminder of what I try to move on from. I need to distance myself from distractions, before I can plan ahead.
So, I've promised myself that's what I'll do.
I'm hoping to get away somewhere for a few months, maybe longer, to reflect on things and to rediscover the part of me that I feel is "lost".
I want to leave within the next 6 weeks (no time like the present!) and I'm doing all that I can to generate the funding for my 'trip' - however, it ain't bloomin' easy!!
So I thought, "Hell, why not!?" - I'll start up my own "Fund Raiser" in the shape of this blog......
So, if anyone out there would like share their goodwill & generosity, and in turn - help me save my so-called life, ahem; then please help a Bint In Need and pledge anything you can that will help me get to where I'm going to.....
